Return and Refund Policy

At SOLO IO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to return an item. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You may be eligible for a refund if you return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Exclusions:

  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased during promotional periods or clearance sales may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process:

  • you can refund any order/item through going to your account > orders > the order that you want to refund. then simply click on return button and follow the instructions to begin the refund/return process
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage when returning items to us.

5. Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within up to 7 working days days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Store Credit:

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and does not expire.
